This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead negotiations with the company’s major global restaurant partners, focusing on our first-party digital ecosystem.
• Accountable for launching our Digital Ordering product in the market.
• Collaborate with the first-party Commerce Platform, Account Management, Commercialization, Finance, and Legal teams to devise pitch strategies and execute deals to achieve our growth and product adoption objectives.
• Identify, pursue, and finalize new first-party Digital Ordering opportunities with existing enterprise-level restaurant merchants.
• Direct negotiations across DoorDash’s Digital Ordering product suite, significantly influencing the company's financial performance.
• Comprehend SaaS-style buyer personas and intricate tech ecosystems, adeptly navigating both.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of opportunities, accurately forecasting revenue growth and product adoption.
• Achieve and surpass individual quotas while contributing to team and business objectives.
• Demonstrate executive presence and confidence when representing DoorDash to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of all facets of the sales process.
• Act as an industry thought leader in first-party delivery, driving merchant success by leveraging DoorDash’s ongoing product and technology advancements; consistently remain informed about industry trends and competitors’ activities.
• Over 7 years of successful B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred) and/or business development, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding established targets.
• Familiarity with commercial agreements, including the structuring and negotiation of agreements beyond standard sales contracts and terms of service.
• Experience in C-level negotiations, showcasing the ability to think strategically while executing effectively to achieve business goals.
• Ability to collaborate and work efficiently in a team setting, balancing the needs of cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
