This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take charge of and implement outbound campaigns, overseeing everything from strategy to execution — including copy, sequencing, A/B testing, and optimization.
• Create and manage targeted prospect lists utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator, conference attendee lists, internal tools, and industry databases.
• Identify, investigate, and prioritize new accounts that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) — which includes payers, providers, vendors, and organizations focused on value-based care.
• Assess inbound leads and transform them into sales opportunities.
• Manage Grapefruit Health's CRM system (we use Attio) — ensuring data integrity, pipeline visibility, clear stage definitions, and accurate reporting.
• Design and uphold dashboards that provide leadership with real-time insights into pipeline health and activity metrics.
• Develop and document outbound processes, playbooks, and templates that can scale with our growth.
• Represent Grapefruit Health at healthcare industry conferences such as HLTH, ViVE, AHIP, Becker's, and others.
• Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience selling to payers, health systems, ACOs, or value-based care organizations.
• Proven track record of securing meetings and generating pipeline through outbound efforts — including cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and phone calls.
• Proficient in managing a CRM (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, or equivalent) with strong data management practices.
• Capability to sell complex solutions with deal sizes between $100K and $1M annually.
• Comfortable working independently, exhibiting a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent written communication skills — you craft messages that elicit responses.
• Willingness and ability to travel to 4–8 conferences annually.
