This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take full responsibility for both sales and marketing activities within the organization.
• Manage the sales process from the initial conversation to the signing of contracts.
• Conduct all introductory and exploratory calls with incoming prospects.
• Lead strategy discussions and pitch presentations.
• Oversee the entire sales pipeline from the first contact to closing the deal.
• Address objections, conduct follow-ups, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Create and sustain a sales playbook, an objection library, and follow-up sequences.
• Manage and execute our internal Meta advertising campaigns.
• Develop and implement our comprehensive marketing strategy, covering content, brand positioning, and demand generation.
• Enhance the company brand to attract larger, more established clients.
• Create or oversee the production of marketing materials such as advertisements, landing pages, case studies, and social media content.
• Consider the brand from a holistic perspective and understand how advertising integrates into a broader growth strategy.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B closing (not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification).
• Proven history of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a prior role, with a significant portion coming from commissions or performance-based incentives.
• Experience in selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market clients.
• Practical experience in managing paid media campaigns (preferably Meta) or a strong understanding of direct response and digital marketing.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) for pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
• Comfortable working independently across both sales and marketing functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Reside in the United States and be available during standard business hours.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Base salary of $85,000 plus performance-based commission (with an OTE of approximately $150,000).
