This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify and seek out new business opportunities.
• Engage with key decision-makers early during the purchasing process.
• Function as a solution consultant.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management and CRM usage.
• Take ownership and be the final author of responses to public-sector RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Construct compliance matrices and oversee the entire proposal lifecycle.
• Develop win themes and unique differentiators.
• Provide customized product demonstrations.
• Organize, host, and execute virtual product events and live demonstrations.
• Create and present executive-level presentations.
• A minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing sales or business development position.
• Significant hands-on experience with RFP/proposal processes.
• Strong skills in product demonstration and presentation delivery.
• Knowledge of US and/or Canadian public procurement procedures.
• Proficiency with AI tools related to sales, research, and proposal workflows.
• Familiarity with a CRM system and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• APMP certification or formal training in proposal management is advantageous.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus.
