This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and expand a designated territory of quick service restaurants (QSR) and foodservice establishments.
• Develop strong connections with the proprietors and managers of cafés, takeaways, delis, and QSR venues.
• Identify and onboard new outlets to enhance product distribution.
• Enhance product availability and visibility within these establishments.
• Assist in the installation and optimization of chilled equipment.
• Execute retailer incentive programs and distribute promotional materials.
• Facilitate new product launches and trials within QSR locations.
• Utilize digital tools and data analytics to assess performance and boost sales rates.
• Carry out activities in accordance with brand standards and commercial goals.
• Consistently achieve or surpass defined KPIs and sales objectives.
• At least 3 years of experience in a field sales or business development position (preferably in FMCG, QSR, or foodservice).
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Exceptional skills in relationship-building and communication.
• Proficient in organization and territory planning.
• A results-oriented mindset with a fervor for success in the field.
• Confidence in managing your own territory and workload.
• Comprehensive knowledge of TfL services.
