This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Cultivates and establishes connections with attorneys and law firms.
• Proactively reaches out to attorneys and coordinates a schedule of weekly meetings.
• Creates new partnerships with attorneys and law firms while nurturing existing relationships to enhance business growth.
• Engages in continuous discussions with attorneys to keep MoveDocs at the forefront of their minds, encouraging the use of our technology.
• Handles all attorney interactions, including follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and providing training on MoveDocs technology.
• Assists and arranges services for plaintiffs as requested by attorney clients.
• Develops and fortifies relationships with attorneys, case managers, paralegals, and law firms throughout the assigned region.
• Advocates for and increases the usage of the MoveDocs platform for medical scheduling and case workflow solutions.
• Generates and expands pre-settlement funding opportunities through Oasis Financial.
• Organizes and conducts weekly in-person and virtual meetings with law firms.
• Maintains consistent communication to ensure Libra Solutions remains top-of-mind.
• Provides training to firms on platform functionality, attorney portal tools, and funding solutions.
• Assists with attorney requests, service coordination, and follow-up requirements.
• Keeps precise activity notes, updates on the pipeline, and account plans in CRM systems.
• Collaborates internally with operations, underwriting, provider relations, and leadership teams.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• JD, MBA, or Paralegal degree is advantageous.
• Experience in paralegal, legal, account management, or outside sales is a plus.
• Background in working with attorneys or other professionals is beneficial.
• Must currently reside in Ohio.
• Relocation is not an option.
• Must demonstrate a high level of drive, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
• Should be organized, confident, and passionate.
• Willingness to travel (60% travel/40% remote office) is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that contribute to success.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook is necessary.
