This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Proactively create and oversee a pipeline of high-value prospects that align with GetResponse’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls utilizing methodologies such as MEDDPICC or BANT to ascertain client needs, pain points, and budget considerations.
• Provide customized demonstrations and prepare proposals focused on delivering value.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Ensure precise CRM data maintenance and regularly update on pipeline status and sales activities.
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
• Native Romanian and English speakers with a minimum proficiency of B2 level.
• A minimum of 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience, ideally with at least 1 year in selling SaaS applications.
• Proven experience in selling to Romanian SMB and mid-market clients.
• Ability to work independently and possess strong project management skills.
• An ownership mentality with a robust drive to succeed.
