This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Perform market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth
• Generate new business leads and revenue streams through strategic prospecting and networking
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
• Create and present sales proposals and presentations
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
• Represent the company at scientific conferences and industry-related events
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• At least 7 years of experience in CRO Business Development
• Demonstrated success in selling clinical services, particularly FSP services
• Established relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical sector
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Strong capacity to comprehend client needs and deliver customized solutions
• Proven history of generating RFPs, converting prospects, and meeting sales targets
• Pragmatic, energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and business acumen
• Willingness to travel as necessary
