This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Advocate for the Seller-Doer Balanced Approach while establishing a professional strategic business development framework.
β’ Create and implement a regional business development strategy that aligns with targeted markets.
β’ Stimulate pipeline expansion by pinpointing high-potential opportunities.
β’ Foster and enhance long-lasting client relationships across key sectors.
β’ Actively cultivate and oversee a strong pipeline.
β’ Offer strategic leadership and support to technical principals and seller-doer teams.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
β’ Over 15 years of progressive experience in business development, strategy, and preconstruction leadership within the AEC industry.
β’ Proven history of driving substantial revenue growth and managing pipeline expansion.
β’ Experienced in science & technology, mission-critical/data centers, higher education, and healthcare markets.
β’ Strong familiarity with VantagePoint and associated CRM systems.
β’ Demonstrated servant-leader approach with exceptional cross-functional collaboration and team empowerment skills.
β’ Willingness to travel: up to 50% locally.
