This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive revenue and foster growth.
• Meet and surpass annual sales targets established by Commercial leadership.
• Take ownership of revenue generation across assigned territory/accounts.
• Develop territory and account strategy.
• Create and implement strategic territory and account plans that align with company growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue high-value opportunities to consistently increase revenue.
• Develop and sustain a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
• Proactively manage pipeline health, risks, and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Lead Generation and senior Commercial stakeholders to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Lead strategic client engagement from initial contact through to deal closure.
• Take ownership of proposal strategy, including narrative development and executive positioning.
• Lead bid pursuit processes, governance meetings, and cross-functional deal teams.
• Establish strong, long-term relationships to secure preferred supplier status.
• Drive account expansion through strategic account planning.
• Identify opportunities to enhance wallet share within existing clients.
• Collaborate with Strategic Marketing and internal teams to introduce new eClinical offerings to the market.
• Support effective go-to-market execution for new capabilities.
• Proven success in sales within life sciences (CRO, eClinical, clinical technology, or related fields).
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute territory and account strategies.
• Strong history of delivering revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles, including proposal development and bid leadership.
• Capability to identify pipeline risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on new business development and account expansion.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative setting.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and driven by results.
• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Fluent in both English and German.
