This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide operational and administrative assistance to the Global Director of Commercial Development and the broader Business Development team.
• Serve as the super user for the Business Development CRM, ensuring the integrity of data, tracking opportunity progression, and adhering to SLA compliance.
• Keep track of outstanding actions and opportunities, facilitating timely follow-up within the Business Development team.
• Manage inquiries from the website, assign leads to the appropriate Business Development Manager, and oversee follow-up and conversion efforts.
• Organize client documentation, including CDAs/NDAs, questionnaires, capability presentations, and various other commercial materials.
• Coordinate proposal requests with the Pricing and Operations teams, monitor turnaround times, and maintain records of proposal status and win/loss outcomes.
• Assist in organizing conferences and events, including scheduling meetings, tracking leads, and updating the CRM post-event.
• Generate commercial reports and KPI dashboards related to pipeline status, leads, CRM compliance, SLAs, and proposal activities.
• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, prepare meeting materials, and track follow-up actions for the Global Director and the Business Development team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial coordination, sales operations, business support, executive coordination, or a comparable role.
• Previous experience supporting senior commercial executives or Business Development teams.
• Practical experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with clinical trials or the clinical trial logistics sector.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with robust reporting and data analysis capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Outstanding written and spoken English language proficiency.
