This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the founder during sales calls to grasp the sales pitch, TikTok Shop strategy, objection handling, and our selling techniques. This will serve as your training ground to evolve into a closer.
• Take ownership of the preparation of post-call materials such as proposals, presentations, and brand-specific summaries that the founder currently assembles manually.
• Develop reusable proposal templates and establish a system to ensure every brand receives prompt, well-crafted follow-ups that align with our brand identity.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, follow up with potential clients, and ensure no opportunities are neglected.
• Transform our successes (GMV results, new initiatives, creator campaigns) into well-crafted case studies that secure deals and enhance our credibility.
• Assist in producing content for LinkedIn and TikTok. Each impactful post generates new leads and contributes to a content reservoir we can utilize.
• Create and maintain a library of proof assets and content that the entire sales team can leverage.
• Reach out to targeted brands to broaden our pipeline and service offerings, utilizing the case studies and content you produce as enticing hooks.
• Help facilitate introductions and schedule qualified calls, then participate to learn how these leads convert.
• As you progress, begin managing your own calls and closing deals. This position is designed to evolve from sales support into a full sales role with significant commission potential.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a closely related field, or a strong desire to cultivate a career in sales.
• Excellent persuasive writing skills. You are capable of crafting clear proposals and presentations, as well as writing case studies and content that feels authentic and not AI-generated.
• Comfortable making calls and quick to adapt. You can grasp a sales pitch and start executing it effectively.
• Highly organized and proactive. You can manage follow-ups and maintain a content schedule without needing reminders.
• Must be based in the U.S. with native-level proficiency in English. This is essential for client-facing sales and writing in the founder's voice aimed at an American audience.
