This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee and qualify incoming retirement plan leads generated through marketing initiatives, partnerships, and referrals.
• Engage with financial advisors, consultants, and referral partners to gain insights into their business and retirement plan requirements.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring prompt follow-up and advancement.
• Collaborate with field sales and National Accounts teams to facilitate the transition of opportunities and coordinate subsequent actions.
• Assist in advisor meetings, proposals, and presentations.
• Educate advisors about retirement plan design, compliance factors, and TPA services.
• Keep accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activities within the CRM system.
• Work alongside marketing to offer feedback on lead quality and the effectiveness of campaigns.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial services, sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Familiarity with retirement plans, financial advisor distribution, or institutional sales is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms and sales tools.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
