This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Present the company's services to marketing executives throughout the United States.

• Identify and explore potential opportunities.

• Arrange qualified meetings for the sales team.

• Establish rapport with prospective clients and assess compatibility with the company's services.

• Keep precise records in the CRM and manage follow-up activities.

• Engage in call reviews, role-playing sessions, and continuous coaching.

• Proficient spoken English that is easily comprehensible to customers in the United States.

• Comfortable communicating with senior business decision-makers via phone.

• Ability to ask probing questions and comprehend customer needs.

• Openness to receiving and implementing feedback.

• A positive demeanor and resilience in the face of rejection.

• A passion for learning about businesses and discovering opportunities through dialogue.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.

• Capability to rapidly understand new products, services, and sales techniques.

• Professionalism, confidence, and integrity in interactions with customers.

• Ability to adhere to a structured sales process while maintaining an authentic and conversational tone.

• Previous experience in marketing, cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory.
