This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Reach out to and assess potential leads - Initiate contact with new sales prospects through phone or email.
• Cultivate relationships with accounts and prepare them for the Account Executive.
• Connect with numerous leads to promote the purchase of the offered product.
• Serve as the primary contact for your team's sales lead qualification process.
• Manage existing accounts – Maintain regular communication with current accounts or leads while fostering brand awareness, educational initiatives, and soliciting referrals.
• Facilitate in-person meetings and calls between new clients and Account Executives.
• Provide customer support – Respond to client calls and emails, identify issues, and propose suggestions for existing or new products and services.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is mandatory.
• Practical experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Knowledge of MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
• Comprehension of sales performance metrics.
• Stipend and commission-based compensation.
