This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary driver for new product adoption and revenue by spearheading client-facing initiatives for this new capability.
• Design and implement a territory strategy focused on aggressively securing new customer meetings and transforming prospects into foundational, long-term partnerships.
• Develop a strong and diverse pipeline of greenfield opportunities from initial lead generation through to negotiation and contracting, taking ownership of the complete sales lifecycle.
• Engage in a strategic and consultative manner with C-level executives, VPs, decision-makers, and influencers.
• Conduct thorough research on prospective clients' businesses and implement sales strategies that provide significant value to clients.
• Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (Account, Solution, and Delivery) to promote opportunities for this new offering.
• Maintain an unwavering focus on robust pipeline development and outstanding sales execution.
• Over 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Proven track record as an effective sales hunter and closer who excels in a greenfield environment.
• Experience in the HR Technology sector is an advantage.
• Direct experience in launching and selling a completely new B2B solution to the market.
• An entrepreneurial mindset marked by exceptional agility, determination, and urgency in achieving commercial success.
• Outstanding success in navigating and closing deals with executives, VPs, and C-level decision-makers.
• A "plays to win" mentality, with personal accountability and a relentless drive for excellent execution and results delivery.
