This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Evaluate your territory and establish a prospecting strategy, including account mapping throughout the 📍AURA Region.
• Manage the complete sales cycle for our CSE solutions with prospects (from the initial on-site meeting to closing the deal).
• Showcase and demonstrate our products to potential clients (Gift Vouchers 🎁, Culture 📚, Holidays 🌴, and Platform ⚙️).
• Negotiate and finalize contracts: lead negotiations and close sales, ensuring outcomes that benefit both Swile and the client.
• Sell and oversee the technical implementation of our solutions in partnership with the Onboarding (CSM) team.
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues: regional Mid-Market Sales team, Gift and MV teams, Key Account Managers (KAM), partnerships team, etc.
• You possess a hunter mentality and have extensive experience as a Field Account Executive.
• You are knowledgeable in the CSE / trade unions sector.
• You are capable of implementing national agreements.
• You can secure strategic accounts.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of the local economic landscape of the AURA Region and our competitors' offerings.
• You are mobile 🚘 within the departments of your territory (North and West AURA).
• You know how to expand your professional network.
• You are highly skilled in Salesforce.
• You are agile and adaptable.
• Participation in events: CSE trade shows, union conferences, networking lunches, etc., to enhance your network.
