This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and explore new potential business opportunities for HUP Network.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of advertisers, agencies, publishers, affiliates, networks, traffic partners, and other significant commercial collaborators.
• Engage in outreach through email, LinkedIn, industry contacts, conferences, and other pertinent channels.
• Initiate discussions with decision-makers and assess commercial viability.
• Clearly and professionally present our network’s value proposition.
• Organize and lead discovery calls with prospective partners.
• Grasp partner needs, traffic potential, offer specifications, commercial models, and performance expectations.
• Negotiate commercial terms including CPA, CPL, revenue sharing, payouts, caps, payment conditions, and traffic expectations.
• Determine the commercial viability of potential partners or deals for HUP Network.
• Collaborate with internal teams prior to finalizing commercial terms or operational requirements.
• Transition opportunities from initial contact to signed agreements or qualified handovers.
• Investigate relevant verticals, markets, competitors, traffic sources, partner types, and commercial trends.
• Discover additional geographical and partnership opportunities that could bolster Adhoq’s growth.
• Monitor market fluctuations and provide insights on partner demand, pricing, competition, and performance trends.
• Compile and maintain target lists for outreach and conference preparations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to evaluate offer potential, traffic compatibility, tracking needs, and operational feasibility.
• Cultivate trustworthy, professional relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Communicate effectively, follow up consistently, and deliver reliable support to facilitate smooth collaboration.
• Ensure that new opportunities are adequately documented before onboarding or handover.
• Relay pertinent market feedback, partner objections, and commercial insights to management.
• Assist in the seamless onboarding of new partners once commercial terms are finalized.
• Prior experience in business development, sales, partnerships, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, adtech, digital advertising, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong comprehension of commercial relationship development and B2B outreach.
• Capability to independently identify, approach, and qualify new partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-assured in pitching, follow-ups, objection handling, and negotiation.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to evaluate revenue potential, partner quality, and business compatibility.
• Highly organized and disciplined with robust CRM and follow-up practices.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership without constant supervision.
