Business Developer – Classic Vehicles

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Generate and convert leads through extensive outbound calling efforts.

• Identify classic and prestigious vehicles suitable for auction (including Jaguar E-Type, Mercedes Pagoda, Porsche 911, Land Rover Series, Aston Martin, etc.).

• Assist sellers with vehicle valuation, pricing strategies, and reserve approaches.

• Provide a premium consultative experience while managing expectations with clarity.

• Actively participate in expanding the category in France (including clubs, specialists, dealers, and events).

• Enhance sell-through rates by matching the right buyers with appropriate vehicles.

• Ensure meticulous CRM management (HubSpot): logging activities, determining next steps, and maintaining diligent follow-up.

• Share market insights with the Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional skills in high-volume telephone prospecting.

• Proficient in various sales techniques: discovery, objection handling, and consultative selling.

• In-depth knowledge of the classic car market (including valuations, rarity, history, matching numbers, restoration, etc.).

• Strong discipline in managing pipelines and CRM systems.

• Capability to rapidly establish trust and credibility.

• Results-driven with a strong focus on resilience.

• Motivation to contribute to the growth of a rapidly scaling category.

• Collaborative team player with skills in cross-functional teamwork (photography, valuation, marketing).
