This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Convert incoming leads into committed clients
• Rapidly assess prospects' requirements and provide clear, educational guidance
• Showcase the offering, articulate its value, and successfully close sales
• Assist in developing the sales team and shape operational processes
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and/or Business Development Representative (BDR) role
• Preferably within SaaS, B2B services, accounting firms, fintech, or startup/scale-up settings
• Results-driven: you thrive on closing deals and achieving targets
• Comfortable communicating over the phone: you can quickly establish trust
• Inquisitive: you seek to understand accounting and entrepreneurial challenges
• Well-organized: you can handle a large volume of leads while maintaining oversight
• Ambitious: you aspire to advance within a fast-growing organization
