This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Plan and implement business-oriented data migration activities for Finance-related data objects, adhering to global, deployment, and country-specific requirements and timelines.
• Conduct and coordinate data cleansing efforts, ensuring completion within the agreed-upon schedules and quality standards.
• Execute data collection tasks for both manual and constructed data objects.
• Collaborate with IT teams to prepare, validate, and uphold value mappings between source and target systems.
• Develop and maintain master data lists for designated Finance data objects where applicable.
• Provide comprehensive business insights and detailed information to technical teams to assist with data extraction and conversion from legacy systems.
• Partner closely with IT teams and Business Data Owners to identify and validate country-specific data objects that are in scope.
• Ensure data readiness and quality throughout the entire migration lifecycle for the assigned Finance data objects.
• Confirm that data meets requirements and aligns with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
• Review and formally approve upload files both prior to and following data loads.
• Execute manual (type-in) data loads into target systems as necessary.
• Carry out dual maintenance activities to guarantee data consistency across systems.
• Implement and authorize data verification scripts and validation tasks.
• Serve as the functional Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for assigned Finance data objects during migration and Hypercare phases.
• Assist in defect management activities, ensuring prompt resolution of data-related issues.
• Over 5 years of experience in both country-level and global roles, ideally within large-scale ERP transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP project implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance processes, encompassing Finance master data, Fixed Assets, General Ledger (GL), Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting, WBS, Internal Orders, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Practical experience in business-side data migration, including data cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and sign-off processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of Finance data structures and dependencies within SAP environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to operate both strategically and hands-on, including facilitating meetings, tracking progress, and managing issues and risks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, cleansing, and reconciliation.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Candidates are required to present a criminal record extract not older than three months.
