Business Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of Business Controller (m/f/d), you will analyze financial, customer, and market data to generate well-founded actionable recommendations.

• Conducting market and potential analyses is part of your responsibilities, as you identify opportunities, risks, and areas for growth.

• You will prepare structured and goal-oriented reports and presentations for management.

• Collaborating closely with local management and relevant stakeholders, you will implement and enhance group-wide standards and processes.

• Your role also includes coordinating cross-border projects and ensuring a consistent data foundation.

• You will assist in the introduction and utilization of controlling tools, as well as further develop existing control instruments and KPIs.

• Additionally, you will actively participate in process optimization and improvements in data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification is required.

• Initial professional experience in a similar position or within a corporate setting is beneficial but not essential.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is a must.

• You should be capable of working independently, thinking proactively, and possessing a hands-on approach.

• Strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and comfort in intercultural teams are essential.

• You should be adaptable to complex structures, quickly adjusting and enjoying exploring new topics.

• Excellent German language skills and good proficiency in English, both written and spoken, are necessary to complete your profile.
