This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee a workstream(s) within a project engagement by planning, organizing, and managing all delivery aspects such as scope, quality, resources, risk, and timelines.
• Take charge of the complete design, development, and delivery of outputs that achieve defined project goals and objectives.
• Identify and proactively address challenges encountered by the client.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding operational project inquiries, fostering relationships through in-person discussions, workshops, phone, and email communications.
• Supervise the tasks and priorities of Associate Consultants within your workstream.
• Provide support and mentorship to Associates in enhancing their skills and professional development.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Offer clients valuable insights into industry, market, and functional areas.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and proposals.
• Assist in creating and sharing thought leadership content.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with an exceptional academic record.
• Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience.
• Strong background in Life Sciences with a keen interest in the R&D value chain, or at least familiarity with one or more of the following areas: Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Strategy and Operations, Quality, and Safety.
• Solid understanding of technologies utilized in R&D, preferably including Veeva’s platforms and solutions, and how R&D consulting services can leverage and support these technologies.
• Good grasp of the business capabilities and drivers behind digital technology in health and life sciences, as well as the market forces and trends shaping industry developments.
• Proven analytical abilities, capable of quantitatively and qualitatively evaluating issues and communicating solutions across various topics.
• A proactive problem-solving attitude: anticipating challenges early, analyzing them, and finding solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding others toward achieving results.
• Highly effective project management abilities.
• Proficient in facilitating teamwork and collaboration among team members.
• Ability to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and establish credibility swiftly.
• Possess strong personal influence and the ability to persuade a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local office language.
