Business Consultant, PLM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Comprehend clients' strategic, operational, and organizational challenges

• Perform current-state assessments of processes, practices, data, and tools

• Lead workshops with business, project, and IT stakeholders

• Document needs, pain points, opportunities, and transformation priorities

• Establish coherent, pragmatic, and value-driven target visions

• Develop realistic, structured, and manageable transformation roadmaps

• Convert business requirements into functional specifications and guiding principles

• Assist in defining and implementing suitable digital solutions

• Generate clear, actionable deliverables for client and project teams

• Aid in the operational management of transformation projects

• Prepare and facilitate change management for users and managers

• Identify risks and potential obstacles

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or university

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital transformation, AMOA (owner-side project support), organizational consulting, or process enhancement in industrial settings

• Interest in industrial digital environments and large-scale transformation solutions (PLM, etc.)

• Experience in the nuclear, energy, or industrial infrastructure sectors is highly regarded

• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in modeling business processes

• Ability to organize complex subjects and deliver actionable recommendations

• Solid understanding of change management and adoption challenges

• Professional proficiency in English is an advantage
