Business Consultant – Energy Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to our clients on creating innovative business models and digital strategies within the energy sector.

• Assist clients in evaluating and restructuring their existing business processes.

• Assume responsibility in our organization or act as (part-)project manager for client projects, based on your level of experience.

• Keep your knowledge up-to-date with current trends in the energy industry and share insights with your colleagues.

• Aid in maintaining our client relationships and securing new projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.

• Preferably several years of experience in consulting and project settings.

• Familiarity with areas such as energy trading and portfolio management, ETRM, energy sales/CRM, billing, customer service, energy data management, grid operations, asset management, workforce management, conventional and renewable generation, and virtual power plants (VPPs).

• Understanding of digital business processes and standard software applications.

• Practical experience in project work and IT consulting.

• A keen interest in the energy market; project experience in the energy industry is advantageous.

• Proficient in both German and English languages.
