This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Prospecting and pipeline creation: Develop a comprehensive and diverse pipeline of target prospects through disciplined and consistent efforts.
• Opportunity qualification: Possess a solid understanding of ideal opportunities and key decision-makers that will facilitate quick qualification or disqualification.
• Value & Consultative Selling: Foster a trusted advisor relationship to accurately comprehend business needs, secure successful partnerships, and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Sales Process: Capable of navigating a consultative, multi-step sales approach.
• Discipline: Implement and adhere to a daily and weekly routine to guarantee a steady pipeline, lead generation, and predictable growth over time.
• Results and KPI: Consistent attainment of new pipeline and closed business objectives.
• Sales tools and systems: Leverage sales systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Suite, and quoting tools to manage daily activities efficiently and effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Grasp the requirements for closing kits across various products and deliver impeccable closing kits to the Implementation team.
• Collaboration: Demonstrate a willingness and ability to work alongside Implementation and Service Teams to ensure an outstanding experience for new clients.
• 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within a service-oriented company.
• Background in consultative selling.
• Proven history of continuous growth in a service-based environment.
• Preferred knowledge and/or experience with PEO or HCM.
