Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support in recognizing the customer's needs and the primary stakeholders involved in the purchasing decision.

• Qualify potential clients based on Kinaxis’ capabilities and suitability.

• Develop and present customized demos using customer-supplied data that addresses their immediate requirements.

• This may include the setup of distinct Maestro resources (such as workbooks, task flows, scorecards, etc.).

• If necessary, create and present additional materials that support customer-specific demonstrations.

• Adhere to the sales process consistently, ensuring that essential deliverables are met.

• Actively provide constructive feedback to product management regarding product deficiencies and areas for enhancement.

• Generate sales transition documentation for Professional Services and take part in “Sales to Services” transition meetings to ensure a smooth handover of newly acquired accounts to the deployment team.

• Communicate product enhancements and suggestions that arise from field interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in supply chain management, implementation, or enterprise pre-sales, with domain expertise in one or more of the 5 key industries served (Automotive, High-Tech, Pharma/Lifesciences, Aerospace and Defense, CPG).

• Understanding of supply chain fundamentals, industry best practices, and available solutions in the SCM / ERP sector.

• Experience with manufacturing software, particularly manufacturing scheduling solutions, is a significant advantage.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and time management skills.

• Adaptable with a strong sense of initiative.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Capability to work independently while being part of a team.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
