This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Propel Dermalogica’s sales performance within your designated territory through effective strategic planning, account support, events, and business development initiatives.

• Foster strong relationships with spa, salon, and medspa partners by comprehensively understanding their objectives and providing tailored Dermalogica solutions.

• Assume full responsibility for account development, which includes proactive lead generation and converting qualified prospects.

• Implement in-field training, merchandising, product launches, and marketing activations to enhance account success.

• Establish new accounts via targeted prospecting and networking within the industry.

• Utilize sell-through data to formulate actionable, customized growth plans in collaboration with partners.

• Assist in marketing and product launches by providing in-field presence, education, and merchandising support.

• Organize and support educational events, trade shows, and brand experiences.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of B2B field sales experience, ideally within the skincare, aesthetics, beauty, or salon sectors.

• Familiarity with or a strong understanding of spa, salon, or medspa environments, including dermatology, aesthetics clinics, or medical-grade skincare.

• Certification as a Skin Therapist (esthetician) is highly beneficial.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative sales abilities.

• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license, access to a dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally.
