This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Assist clients in identifying and defining their business requirements.
• Provide support to clients on their business challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize your expertise to conduct gap analyses between customer requirements and the capabilities of the TechnologyOne software.
• Evaluate, strategize, and oversee deployments within the business applications team.
• Design, implement, and deliver solutions aimed at optimizing business functions and enhancing client experiences.
• Generate change requests when enhancements are necessary.
• Collaborate with resources to ensure clients are maximizing the value derived from the system.
• Assist clients in simplifying, optimizing, and modernizing their business applications.
• Actively participate in the development of product reference databases and identify potential internal enhancements to the TechnologyOne software.
• Contribute to the improvement of in-house delivery methodologies.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in TechnologyOne Consulting or a similar user role.
• At least 2 years’ experience in designing and implementing business systems, specifically with TechnologyOne CES, CI, and CIA.
• Highly preferred experience in TechnologyOne Financials, HRP, Enterprise Asset Management / Project Lifecycle Management, or Property and Rating Skills.
• Proficient in documenting functional specifications and requirements artifacts.
• Experience in analyzing client requirements, understanding their needs, and advising them on optimizing their software investment.
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Capability to establish strong relationships with clients and work collaboratively.
• Preferred technical skills in TechnologyOne, such as XLOne Reporting and BPA’s.
• Confidence in delivering training to clients, both in-person and remotely, to a diverse audience.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and foster lasting client relationships.
