This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interact with clients to collect and evaluate business requirements, objectives, and challenges.
• Organize discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews to gain insights into client processes and workflows.
• Convert client requirements into comprehensive implementation plans and solution designs.
• Configure software solutions in accordance with client specifications, ensuring alignment with best practices and product capabilities.
• Customize and adapt solutions to fulfill unique client needs, integrating them with existing systems and third-party applications as required.
• Test and confirm configurations to guarantee that functionality, usability, and performance meet client expectations.
• Lead or assist in the implementation and deployment of software solutions, overseeing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to execute project plans and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Offer technical advice and support during go-live activities, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Conduct product training sessions and workshops for client stakeholders, including end-users, administrators, and executives.
• Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and user guides to facilitate client enablement and adoption.
• Promote knowledge transfer and provide ongoing support to clients to help them maximize the value of the software solution.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, upsell, and cross-sell based on client needs and usage.
• Monitor client satisfaction, collect feedback, and address concerns to ensure a positive customer experience and long-term retention.
• Collaborate efficiently with sales, product management, support, and development teams to synchronize client requirements and project objectives.
• Provide insights to internal teams regarding product improvements, features, and functionality based on client interactions and market trends.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the professional services team and across the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Demonstrated experience (typically 3-5 years) in professional services, consulting, or technical implementation roles, ideally within software or technology.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in software configuration, system integration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices in project delivery.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring client success.
• Capability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the skill to analyze complex issues while proposing effective solutions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations for onsite engagements (travel requirements may vary).
