Business Consultant — AI, Data & Digital Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in defining and executing their initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Data, automation, and Digital Transformation.

• Lead workshops with business, IT, Data, Security teams, and executive management.

• Identify, assess, and prioritize use cases related to AI, Data, and automation.

• Convert business requirements into functional specifications, backlogs, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Create roadmaps and establish target operating models.

• Develop business cases, performance metrics, and systems to monitor the value delivered.

• Work collaboratively with Generative AI, Data, UX, Cloud, and Development teams during the solution design phase.

• Ensure alignment among business goals, data, processes, systems, and user journeys.

• Assist in change management, communication, training, and the adoption of new solutions.

• Prepare diagnostics, recommendations, roadmaps, demonstrations, and presentations for executive stakeholders.

• Contribute to responses for RFPs, commercial proposals, and pre-sales activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in consulting, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Data strategy, customer experience, or IT systems transformation.

• Exceptional communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to comprehend and simplify intricate topics pertaining to AI, Data, and emerging technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, data governance, analytics, and automation.

• Experience in gathering requirements, developing roadmaps, defining operating models, and overseeing implementation plans.

• Excellent analytical and structuring capabilities.

• Comfortable engaging with executives, business leaders, and technical teams.

• Proficient in both French and English.

• Experience in a complex or regulated industry is advantageous.

• Involvement in AI or Data platform deployment projects is a plus.

• Familiarity with Design Thinking, Jobs to Be Done, Agile, or Product Management methodologies is beneficial.

• Experience in responding to RFPs, pre-sales, or opportunity scoping is advantageous.

• Good understanding of Responsible AI, compliance, and regulation is desirable.

• Proficiency in Spanish or another European language is a bonus.
