Business Coach – Global, Online

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a freelance online Speexx Business Coach, your role will be to unlock the full potential of individuals.

• You will assist clients in identifying their unique solutions to professional development obstacles, support them in shaping their journey, and encourage them to take pivotal steps while holding them accountable for sustained improvement and progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in coaching within one or more of the following domains: Job and Career Development, Business Communication, Project and Team Leadership, Management, Self-Management, Workforce Development.

• A current accredited coaching certification is required, such as ICF PCC or EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner.

• A minimum of 500 hours of business coaching experience is necessary.

• Substantial experience in a corporate setting is essential.

• A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.

• Fluency at the C2 level in the languages you provide coaching in.

• A CEFR B2 level or higher in English, which is the global administrative language of Speexx.

• Compliance with the Technical Specifications detailed below.

• Payment can only be processed to an IBAN account.
