This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Achieving certification as a Petra Coach through comprehensive training and collaborative onboarding.

• Collaborating with leadership teams to evaluate and address business requirements.

• Conducting regular strategy meetings to ensure accountability and track progress.

• Engaging in sales discussions with potential members.

• Assisting organizations with employee counts ranging from 15 to 500.

• Proven experience in building and scaling a business.

• Knowledge of structured business growth methodologies such as Rockefeller Habits, DiSC, and TopGrading.

• Financial capability to invest in a coaching enterprise.

• Insight into essential business principles related to people, strategy, execution, and cash flow.

• Proficiency with technology or a willingness to embrace new tools.
