This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivates valuable business account relationships and enhances profitability from both existing and new accounts.
• Discovers business opportunities leveraging insights into clients, markets, products, and services.
• Conducts sales presentations for current and potential clients, highlighting the advantages of utilizing the organization's products and services to fulfill their requirements.
• Establishes and upholds an effective referral network and calling program to drive sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Seven to nine years of pertinent work experience.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally, with some national travel required.
• Previous experience in business card sales or payment solutions.
• Strongly developed sales and new business development skills, including the creation of sales strategies and goals, along with closing capabilities.
• Proven ability to build a customer portfolio from scratch through proactive prospecting and the development of Centers of Influence (COIs) to create new business opportunities.
• Experience working with mid-sized to large enterprises, particularly clients generating $10MM+ in annual revenue.
• Strong skills in credit analysis and financial assessment, with a foundational understanding of basic accounting principles related to financial transactions.
• Documented success in developing and utilizing Centers of Influence (COIs) to generate new business prospects.
• Demonstrated capability to manage pipeline activities with strong follow-up and execution discipline.
• Comprehensive knowledge of payment products, along with a general understanding of product marketing and organizational operations.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills, including negotiation, decision-making, and innovative problem-solving.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to oversee leads, activities, and sales performance.
