This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Cultivates profitable business relationships and enhances profitability from both existing and new accounts.
• Recognizes business opportunities through a deep understanding of clients, markets, products, and services.
• Delivers sales presentations to current and potential clients, highlighting the advantages of utilizing the organization's products and services to fulfill their needs.
• Establishes and maintains an effective referral network and outreach program to drive sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Seven to nine years or more of pertinent experience in the field.
• Willingness to travel (locally, regionally, and occasionally nationally).
• Previous experience in business card sales/payments.
• Exceptional sales and new business development abilities, with a proven track record of identifying new logo opportunities, conducting insightful and consultative discoveries, and driving deals from strategy through to closure.
• Experience engaging with mid-sized to large businesses, including clients generating $10MM+ in annual revenue.
• Strong credit analysis and financial evaluation skills, with a solid grasp of basic accounting principles related to financial transactions.
• Demonstrated success in developing and utilizing Centers of Influence (COIs) to create new business opportunities.
• Proven capability to manage pipeline activities with strong follow-up and execution discipline.
• Comprehensive understanding of payment products, along with a general awareness of product marketing and organizational operations.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills, including negotiation, decision-making, and innovative problem-solving.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams to grow and maintain existing customer portfolios.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, activities, and sales performance.
