Business Banking Merchant Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture our relationships with banking partners, leading to consistent referral generation.

• Regularly utilize and update Salesforce as a customer relationship management tool.

• Cultivate new business account relationships that are profitable, while enhancing profitability from existing accounts by offering Merchant Services (Visa/MC/Discover/American Express processing) to small and medium-sized businesses.

• Identify business opportunities by leveraging knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services.

• Acquire and develop expert-level understanding of the company’s products and services.

• Present to potential clients, illustrating the advantages of utilizing the organization's products and services to satisfy their needs.

• Establish and maintain an effective referral network and call program to drive sales.

• Receive training and guidance in a remote setting while achieving daily objectives set by your manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Two to three years of pertinent sales experience.

• Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week in the market (overnight stays are rarely required).

• Exceptional marketing, business development/sales, and negotiation skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines concurrently.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
