Business Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Configure and customize GoHighLevel's CRM, pipelines, and advanced automation workflows to meet specific business requirements.

• Create and develop effective sales funnels and marketing communication workflows.

• Integrate GoHighLevel with essential business applications (such as payment processors and scheduling tools) using built-in integrations and existing API functionalities.

• Enhance the customer journey across all service categories.

• Collaborate with the team to understand operational needs and convert them into efficient, automated solutions.

• Regularly analyze, improve, and optimize current automation systems for maximum efficiency and reliability.

• Equip teams with GoHighLevel training and ongoing support to foster tool adoption and comprehension.

• Ensure precise and efficient data transfer between GoHighLevel and integrated systems, preserving data integrity.

• Actively seek out opportunities to enhance the user experience for both internal teams and customers through automation.

• Communicate with third-party tool providers to resolve issues or explore new integration opportunities.

• Develop and maintain clear dashboards and reports within GoHighLevel to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and showcase ROI.

• Stay updated with GoHighLevel's latest features and best practices within the broader automation landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• GoHighLevel Expertise: 2+ years of practical experience configuring and optimizing GoHighLevel for businesses.

• Automation Specialist: Proficient in no-code/low-code funnel creation, marketing automation, and CRM management via GoHighLevel.

• Process Innovator: Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective business automations.

• Analytical Expert: Strong skills in optimizing workflows and resolving any issues that arise.

• Effective Communicator: Ability to convey complex technical information with outstanding clarity.

• Global Team Player: Fluent in English, ensuring smooth communication within the team.

• Additional Considerations: Experience in the home services industry or with agency-style operations is a plus.

• Proficient in importing data into GoHighLevel, understanding best practices for data hygiene, and executing data cleanup to ensure accurate and reliable information within the CRM.

• Capability to logically identify potential automation failures or incorrect data transmission, and systematically rectify issues within GoHighLevel's workflow builder.
