This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Provides consultation, advice, and leadership in practice management.
• Ensures financial controls are maintained for designated departments.
• Develops monthly reports on compensation and productivity.
• Works in partnership with health system leaders.
• Offers strategic direction for compensation initiatives.
• Oversees the MCVP clinical recruitment program.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Human Resources, Physician Group Management, Physician Compensation, or Accounting within a healthcare environment.
• Foundational knowledge of financial management, budgeting principles, and basic productivity tracking.
• Basic understanding of health system operations and funds flow.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
• Basic skills in spreadsheets, databases, and introductory data analysis tools.
• Ability to learn and utilize institutional financial, HR, and operational systems.
• Strong communication skills with internal team members.
