This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversees a remote team of Field Nurses within the designated geographical area.
• Attains Key Performance Indicators for clinic and nursing operations, including budget management and expense control.
• Assesses the demand for clinic and nursing services to ensure sufficient resources are available to fulfill customer and patient care requirements in the assigned region.
• Upholds a high standard of excellence through audits of clinics and nursing practices, including adherence to protocols and conducting on-site visits.
• Identifies and manages opportunities for clinic growth, including site identification and the establishment of new clinic locations.
• Reviews reports related to field nurse staff training and ensures compliance among nurses.
• Continuously evaluates and manages staff availability to ensure it aligns with the needs within the IBU.
• Collaborates with Scheduling Associates to facilitate efficient appointment scheduling that meets KPI targets.
• Reports adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and established policies and procedures.
• Cultivates and maintains exceptional customer relationships (patients, manufacturers, etc.) within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent, or currently pursuing the degree; registration with the College of Nurses in the province of employment is mandatory.
• CVAA certification is an asset.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and CPR certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is optional or as required.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of nursing experience.
• At least 2 to 5 years of management experience or experience working with a remote team, or related experience in leading and guiding individuals is advantageous.
• Experience in nurse training and education.
• Background in the biotechnical/pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Must be available and willing to travel as needed for business purposes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office programs.
• Bilingualism in French and English is advantageous.
