Business Analytics Advisor, Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional analytics and operational projects from their planning stages through to execution.

• Ensure teams remain aligned on project scope, milestones, risks, decisions, and anticipated outcomes.

• Collaborate with business leaders, analytics teams, technology partners, and operational stakeholders to assess needs and establish success metrics.

• Convert intricate requirements into project plans, dashboards, reports, and actionable business recommendations.

• Examine data to uncover trends, risks, opportunities, and insights on performance.

• Develop presentations, updates, and recommendations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Monitor key performance indicators, project results, action items, dependencies, and potential risks.

• Spot opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting, strengthen governance, automate manual tasks, and generate documentation.

• Facilitate change management for new processes, reporting tools, operational rhythms, and performance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, project management, program coordination, operational improvement, or a related business support position.

• Proven experience in leading or coordinating cross-functional projects within a matrixed organization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in interpreting data, recognizing patterns, and transforming findings into actionable recommendations.

• Skilled in creating presentations, status reports, business requirements, and dashboards for diverse audiences.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with reporting, analytics, or project tracking tools.

• Excellent organization, planning, prioritization, and follow-through abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to cultivate trust, influence without direct authority, and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, healthcare administration, finance, information systems, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience in healthcare, provider contracting, network management, claims analytics, or healthcare operations (preferred).

• Familiarity with Tableau, Databricks, SQL, or similar analytics and delivery tools (preferred).

• Experience in supporting analytics product development, reporting transformation, business transformation, or operational excellence initiatives (preferred).

• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed is required.
