This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and activities related to business process analysis.
• Recognize and document intricate business, operational, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to clients on best practices, workflows, and capabilities of the Immunization Information System.
• Convert business needs into functional requirements, business rules, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure alignment of objectives and solutions.
• Manage requirements traceability, scope, and change control effectively.
• Lead solution design discussions while assessing impacts, risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
• Assist in testing by confirming requirements and reviewing test scenarios.
• Maintain communication with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Guide Business Analysts and project team members through mentorship.
• Conduct process assessments, gap analyses, and impact analyses.
• Investigate and define solutions for new requirements, legislative changes, and operational adjustments.
• Deliver recommendations, solution options, and outcomes from proof-of-concepts.
• Identify project risks, assumptions, and dependencies, and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Aid in configuration and implementation through comprehensive business and functional analysis.
• Ensure that quality deliverables align with project timelines and organizational standards.
• Over 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Analysis, or a related field.
• More than 6 years of experience in Immunization Information Systems, Immunization Registries, Public Health, or similar healthcare technology preferred.
• Extensive experience leading requirements gathering, engaging stakeholders, and conducting business process analysis.
• Proven experience in supporting large-scale system implementations and client-facing delivery projects.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, requirements management, testing, and solution delivery practices.
• Strong expertise in requirements traceability, impact analysis, and business process modeling.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare domain.
• Capability to translate business needs into practical solution requirements.
• Competence in leading complex discussions with both executive and operational stakeholders.
