Business Analyst – TutTam Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements for the product.

• Gather, structure, and document business and functional requirements.

• Describe User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, and business processes.

• Collaborate in designing new functionality with the Product Owner, UX/UI Designer, and the development team.

• Conduct analysis of existing business processes and suggest optimizations.

• Work with the technical team during the implementation of functionality, clarifying requirements and assisting in finding optimal solutions.

• Participate in release planning, task prioritization, and functionality decomposition.

• Analyze the impact of new features on business processes and user experience.

• Prepare functional documentation and keep it up to date.

• Participate in the acceptance of implemented functionality and verify compliance with business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital products.

• Experience with web and mobile applications.

• Practical experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

• Experience in writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, and functional documentation.

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).

• Ability to model business processes.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

• Understanding of REST API and principles of system integration.

• High level of communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at various levels.

• Ability to independently structure information and make decisions in uncertain conditions.
