Business Analyst, Technical Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for client MSP accounts

• Oversee ongoing client communication, timelines, and deliverables

• Facilitate discovery sessions and client meetings

• Collect, clarify, and document requirements

• Convert business needs into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams

• Provide guidance to clients on standard Practifi functionality versus custom solutions

• Steer clients towards best-practice solutions that enhance value

• Collaborate with Technical Consultants, Client Success, and leadership teams

• Ensure projects remain on schedule and address issues proactively before escalation

• Work alongside Technical Consultants in a paired model

• Report directly to the Manager of Technical Consulting

• Engage with cross-functional teams and participate in inter-team discussions

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a business analyst, requirements analyst, or client-facing consulting role in SaaS, fintech, or professional services

• Capability to independently lead client meetings and demonstrate the value of technical projects

• Skill in translating business needs into actionable plans

• Experience in managing multiple simultaneous client engagements

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities

• Knowledge of CRM platforms, with Salesforce preferred

• Comfort in being authentic and collaborative

• Curiosity about operational mechanisms and potential improvements
