• Facilitate the gathering of requirements by collaborating with Business Operations to comprehend business strategy and convert it into requirements and/or use cases

• Ensure that Business Analysis processes, tools, and templates are effectively utilized across projects

• Identify and document emerging business requirements

• Skillfully question business partners and knowledge workers to uncover unique value drivers

• Properly prioritize business lines and enterprise demands

• Accurately translate business requirements into functional capabilities

• Manage requirements to align with performance expectations

• Understand industry-specific trends that influence the organization

• Clearly convey benefits in business terminology

• Navigate ambiguity and generate precise project effort estimates

• Effectively quantify project-specific risks throughout the development lifecycle

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Technology, specifically in business analysis

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, Exchange, Excel, Project, and VISIO

• Understanding of system architecture and application portfolio

• Familiarity with requirements management and/or prototyping tools (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, qTest, iRise)

• Capability to simplify and standardize complex concepts and/or processes

• Strong project management skills

• Experience in requirements definition and management across various delivery methodologies (SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and/or Scrum development)

• Strong problem-solving and/or analytical thinking abilities

• Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize multiple tasks as necessary

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
