Business Analyst, ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of ServiceNow from initial proposal to final delivery.

• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and document details for solution architecture.

• Create clear and actionable user stories for developers while providing support to the technical team.

• Establish strong relationships with project stakeholders and the implementation team.

• Work closely with the ServiceNow Architect to streamline efforts and fulfill business and design requirements.

• Oversee quality management reviews.

• Contribute to the development of test plans and support organizational change management initiatives.

• Ensure that high-quality solutions are developed and effectively deployed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in delivering ServiceNow solutions.

• Experience in business analysis within a ServiceNow context.

• Proficiency in gathering comprehensive requirements and crafting effective user stories for developers.

• Capability to demonstrate ServiceNow features to stakeholders.

• Familiarity with implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodologies and/or SDLC processes.

• Practical experience with ITIL.

• US citizenship is required.

• Must possess US work authorization that does not currently or will not in the future require visa sponsorship.

• ITIL Foundation Certification is advantageous.

• ServiceNow System Admin certification is a plus.

• Knowledge of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management related to ITIL is beneficial.

• Experience in client interfacing is an advantage.

• Experience in leading teams or projects is a plus.
