Business Analyst, Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in product management;

• Proven experience in stakeholder management;

• Create, guide, and facilitate the intake process, working closely with technical and business areas;

• Assist requesting areas in defining the vision for products and their objectives for customers;

• Understanding and acting as an advocate for the end customer's needs;

• Articulate requirements/stories/epics to address the needs of the demand/initiative and assist in the understanding of development teams;

• Collaborated with technical teams in refining identified needs;

• Knowledge and experience in agile development methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban);

• Involved in defining and monitoring product metrics and objectives (KPIs and OKRs);

• Ability to communicate across various organizational levels.

• **Desirable:**

• Managed a portfolio of multi-projects/demands/initiatives of varying sizes and priorities;

• Ability to negotiate scope in multidisciplinary initiatives;

• Understand technical architectural requirements and their impacts on solutions;

• Proficiency in technical writing;

• Experience in initiatives related to LGPD, GDPR, and information security;

• Familiarity with financial environments.
