This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the functional analysis and the definition of requirements related to claims processes.

• Coordinate initiatives and projects for the development of the claims area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst in insurance companies or consulting firms in the sector.

• Extensive functional knowledge of claims management processes (opening, processing, valuation, compensation, closure, supplier follow-up, etc.).

• Ability to gather requirements, perform functional analysis, document, and define solutions.

• Experience in coordinating teams, liaising with business stakeholders, and managing stakeholder relationships.

• Planning, monitoring, and project initiative management skills.

• High level of English (minimum B2-C1), both spoken and written.
