Business Analyst, SAP SuccessFactors, Data Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document comprehensive requirements for Talent initiatives, including SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration necessities.

• Evaluate Talent processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and propose solutions utilizing SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies.

• Partner with technical teams to design and execute secure and precise data integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other platforms.

• Generate business requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and associated implementation documentation.

• Formulate test plans and scenarios, and carry out testing of SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and integrations.

• Facilitate communication among business stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists.

• Assist end-users via change management activities post-SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

• Identify, resolve, and escalate project challenges and risks associated with SAP SuccessFactors and data integration.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives and propose enhancements to business processes and system functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Talent systems.

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with an emphasis on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration.

• Strong understanding of Talent processes and system functionalities, particularly within the SAP SuccessFactors framework.

• Expertise in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations.

• Exceptional analytical skills, with the capability to convert business needs into actionable technical specifications.

• Robust documentation skills, encompassing requirement documents, process flows, and test plans.

• Proficient in project management software tools and business analysis techniques.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration among diverse project teams and stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in oral English.

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.

• Additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors are preferred.

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants is desirable.

• Positive mindset, adaptability, resilience, emotional intelligence, and a willingness to learn and develop while working virtually with global teams.

• Understanding the distinction between coding and engineering, with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate, detail-oriented results.
