Business Analyst, SAP HXM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements and HR processes within SAP HXM environments.

• Collect, validate, and document requirements through interviews, workshops, process observations, user surveys, and system analysis.

• Convert business needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, use cases, and supporting documentation.

• Recommend and design functional solutions that align with business objectives and HR process requirements.

• Assist in the analysis and optimization of Payroll and Time & Leave Management processes.

• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Define, plan, and carry out testing activities, including test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases.

• Conduct functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and project goals.

• Promote continuous business process improvement initiatives.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance Business Analysis activities, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted automation.

• Contribute to SAP HXM implementation and transformation projects.

• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables and effective stakeholder communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.

• Graduate studies are required.

• Proficiency in English at C1 level is mandatory.

• Extensive experience in SAP HXM environments.

• Strong knowledge of SAP HXM, SAP HR, and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Experience with Payroll Management processes.

• Experience with Time & Leave Management processes.

• Skills in requirements gathering and business process analysis.

• Proficient in functional analysis and solution design.

• Experience in creating functional specifications and documentation.

• Ability to develop process flows, user stories, and use cases.

• Competence in conducting business workshops and managing stakeholders.

• Experience in functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Capable of defining test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases.

• Expertise in business process improvement.

• Familiarity with AI tools for Business Analysis, including prompt engineering and automation.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and international teams.

• Willingness to work within the EU or UK, preferably based in Spain.

• Experience with mock-ups and visual prototyping is desirable.

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori is a plus.

• Familiarity with SAP Process and Forms is a plus.
