This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in all facets of Experience Cloud administration, encompassing feature management, data governance, and product enhancement.
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Accountable for precise and comprehensive documentation of user requirements and acceptance criteria through Jira user stories.
• Oversee data governance within established frameworks and protocols to ensure data integrity and security, conducting regular audits and evaluations.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the reengineering and optimization of end-to-end business processes.
• Take charge of the planning, setup, and facilitation of all user acceptance testing prior to production deployment.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies and capable of integrating agile practices into a hybrid product lifecycle development process.
• Act as the primary support level for user-related issues.
• 5-10 years of experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM tool.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Salesforce Experience Cloud certification is advantageous.
